Zachary Remmick, a former banker with extensive experience in private equity, venture capital, financial modeling, investment management, transaction advisory, corporate finance, and capital markets, has joined Proman as a Business Development Associate. Before joining Proman, Zachary worked with Accord Capital, Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and BNP Paribas. Zachary holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. During his time at Rice, Zachary participated in the M.A. Wright Fund, the University’s $1.6 million student-run equity fund. He was one of twelve graduate students selected by faculty to participate in the valuation of publicly traded companies and REITs through discounted cashflow analysis, peer multiples, transaction comps, and Monte Carlo simulations. Zachary has experience in structured finance, transaction underwriting, accounting, investment strategy, investment due diligence, clean energy & renewables, real estate, healthcare, and technology.
