Eli Madden, currently the Director of Sales and Service for the Colorado Mammoth at Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, has made his way up in the sports industry. With his love for sports from his childhood in Wisconsin, Eli pursued a career within the industry. Eli has been working with and learning from some of the best minds in the sports industry during his journey from an internship to his current role.

Eli's primary responsibilities at the Colorado Mammoth include coaching, career development, and sales and retention strategy. As a coach, he works with the sales and service team members to help them learn and apply the proper sales techniques for selling sports in Denver. Eli aims to create a nurturing environment where people can hone their skills and launch a successful career in the sports business while working with the Colorado Mammoth. He also leads, designs, and implements the new full season memberships development, full season retention, partial plans, group sales, and single game sales business strategies to help the team achieve overall sales goals for the year.

Eli is a guest speaker at various universities across the United States, including the University of Minnesota, Metro State University, CU Denver, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Johnson & Wales, University of Connecticut, Baldwin Wallace University, and California University of Pennsylvania. Eli spoke at ALSD in Pittsburgh in 2016 as well.

Eli's educational background includes a degree in General Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a degree in Sports Studies, Sports Management from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, he studied at North Sydney School of English, Australia.
