Michael Halbherr is a highly accomplished executive with extensive experience in the tech industry. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich, as well as a Master's degree in Public/Applied History and a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the same institution. He also studied Massively Parallel Computing at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Michael has held senior leadership roles in various companies, including HERE, a Nokia company, where he served as CEO and Executive Vice President. He was also a member of the Nokia Leadership Team and held the position of Executive Vice President at Nokia. Additionally, he was CEO of gate5 AG, a company that developed location-based services, and Europeatweb, where he served as Managing Director.

Michael's extensive experience and expertise in the tech industry have also led him to serve on several boards and as an investor in companies such as Vortexa, Citymaps, and Omata. He was President of ATS Advanced Telematic Systems GmbH, a company that offers connected car services, as well.
