Eric Larson, MD, MPH, is a prominent physician and researcher with a diverse background in healthcare innovation and aging. Larson's work at the Kaiser Permanente Washington Health Research Institute focuses on changing the perception of aging through his new book, Enlightened Aging, and promoting high-functioning in seniors through his groundbreaking Adult Changes in Thought (ACT) study. Since 1986, ACT has been researching how to delay or prevent dementia, linking exercise to later dementia onset.
