Corey Padnos is a personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience in the field. Along with his extensive knowledge of neurology and foot-biomechanics, he has also honed skills in productivity, food, and entertainment. With a bachelor's degree in hospitality administration from Boston University and a master's degree in sport coaching from the University of Denver, Corey has a diverse educational background. He has worked as a senior coach and master coach at J Bodyworks Inc., a digital organizer and founder of The Organizing Division, and a chief referral partner for coaching division/head coach at Forte Labs, along with several other internships and roles. Corey aims to bring his expertise to a large audience, as he currently works on scaling training programs by collaborating with J Bodyworks.
