Jeffrey Hirsch is a highly accomplished leader and team player with a diverse portfolio of successes in the transportation and emergency services platforms in the military, private, and public sectors. With a strong background in business expertise and senior military experience, Hirsch has worked with Fortune 500 corporate entities and successfully orchestrated the start-up, growth, and optimization of various projects.

Hirsch received his Master's degree in International Business, Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins University; he also studied Joint Professional Military Education Certificate at Naval War College, Master of Science in Transportation Systems & Information Technology at Cornell University Graduate School, and Master of Science in Public Service & Government Policy Management at New York University.

Hirsch has served as Assistant Secretary at Maryland Department of Transportation and has been involved in Business Development Executive at IBM Global Business Services, Ports & Intermodal Representative/Special Assistant at US Dept. of Transportation - Maritime Administration, Pricing Manager at CSX/Sea-Land and Marine transportation at SUNY Maritime. Hirsch has also volunteered for different organizations such as FEMA Urban Search & Rescue Teams, US Navy Officer ascension programs at US Naval Academy, NROTC & OCS, and as a member of West Annapolis Volunteer Fire Department.
