As the Logistics Manager, I rolled out transportatiom and business strategies. I directed supplier and service partner relationships, RFI, RFP contract negotiations, KPIs, and QBR – everything from overseeing inventory and cycle counts to onboarding vendors and partners I also partnered with the Materials Planning Team, Quality Assurance, and Customer Care to manage procurement, logistics and global distribution, and to enhance business processes.
