Eric Watson is a real estate and technology executive with a successful background in leading teams, developing and investing. He is currently the President and CEO of Kaydence Capital, a company that assists entrepreneurs and business owners with advisory services to raise capital, execute their business plans, and build successful enterprises. Eric's expertise in the hospitality industry is notable, having held senior leadership positions at MasterBUILT Hotels, Superior Lodging Corp, and Bellstar Hotels & Resorts in the development and real estate departments. He was also the Head of Real Estate - Canada at Sonder, one of the world's top hospitality businesses. Eric studied Geomatics Engineering at the University of Calgary and spent several years working as a consultant for Enbridge before venturing into the real estate sector. Eric also has experience in sports management, having been the Managing Partner at Bow Valley Athletic Club and a director at Racquet ProZ.
