As Founder, Chairman and Project Manager within the Nobel Run I have a variety of responsibilities. The most important tasks are coordinating all activities within a team of four people, making (strategic) decisions, leading board meetings, contracting (financial) partners and developing various application procedures.

Founder, Chairman & Project Manager

As Project & Program Manager I have successfully completed several initiatives. A few examples are the GTM (Go-To-Market) of new products within the software, the development of a legally required adjustment within the software and the integration of a purchased business unit. The main tasks in this role are setting up governance, monitoring progress, creating the strategic approach and prepare important discussion, issues and/or risk analysis for the steering committee.

Within the organization there were no fixed processes. Based on different methodologies, I have created a fixed GTM-process. In addition, I started a study based on lean to find out where ‘waste’ is within the organization, with the goal of proposing process improvements; how do you shorten the lead time of a process, which is optimally tailored to the customer (green belt lean six sigma methodology).

Most important tasks / responsibilities: 
•	Execution and coordination of multiple (complex) projects within the organization.
•	Prepare and present management reports (Project Performance) to the Leadership Team, where decision, issues and program risks are being discussed.
•	Create project intakes and project plans (including scope and governance).
•	Perform data analyses, before the project started, but also afterwards for the evaluation.
•	Responsible for achieving the set goals within the deadline, but also the process towards these goals/deadlines.
•	Initiating and leading project meetings.
•	Stakeholder management
•	Setting up multiple templates incorporating best practices.

Project & Program Manager Benelux

In this role I was responsible for a number of modules within the Twinfield Accounting software. All improvements / initiatives have been developed by retrieving customer information, market information and analyzing legal obligations.

With this information I have prepared several initiatives and transferred all business requirements to the Product Owner for development. Together with a team we determined the priorities to prepare the PI (Product Increment). Scores were given to various initiatives that the Product Owner takes up in consultation with the scrum master to develop in the coming period. In two years, I have launched several initiatives, including a new and more secure (through MFA) login method.

In my role as Product Manager, I partly spent time as Project and Program manager to bring above initiatives to the market.

Most important tasks / responsibilities: 
•	Developing and executing the product strategy.
•	Creating the business requirements and transferring them to the Product Owner and developers.
•	Organizing multiple interactive sessions with colleagues and customers to collect feedback.
•	Researching and analyzing customer and market information.
•	Giving product presentations to both colleagues and customers.
•	Preparing and roll out Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.
•	Reporting progress to the Leadership Team.
•	Preparation of documentation (Knowledge Base).

Product Manager

As a Product Marketer at Enreach (formerly Voiceworks) I regularly conducted market analyzes to further grow the product portfolio, including fixed-mobile telephony in combination with unified communications and internet. I proposed several product combinations and brought them to market together with Product Management. Examples are the GTM of multiple fixed/mobile telephone numbers on one SIM card, a from scratch build UC-solution Coligo and the introduction of a new communication platform. 

Every month I gave, as a Voiceworks Academy trainer, training to customers and colleagues. 

Main tasks / responsibilities:
•	Collecting and analyzing market opportunities to create the workspace of the future. 
•	Analyzing and presenting opportunities in the mobile market to the leadership team.
•	Creating combined solutions to maximize the benefits of our communications solutions and penetrate new market segments.
•	Identifying the needs, wants and benefits of customers and partners through intensive research to create the best marketing approach.
•	Giving Voiceworks Academy workshops and webinars to share my knowledge of the workplace of the future with our customers and colleagues.
•	Creating marketing materials (marketing collateral) to support sales activities.

Voiceworks

Sr. Product Marketeer

In this role I was responsible for hardware within the Voiceworks portfolio. Selecting the right hardware to use with our communication software as optimally as possible, making price agreements, creating and implementing business requirements and bringing these products to the market were some of the core tasks in this role.

I have ensured that our telephones could be used without installation by means of 'plug & play'. This resulted in a significant decrease in the number of support questions related to hardware and an increase in our hardware revenue. Through analyses, I submitted a proposal to the organization to offer our hardware portfolio via the supplier (drop-shipment). 

Main tasks / responsibilities:
•	Selecting hardware and tooling.
•	Managing and prioritizing the product backlog and writing down the business requirements.
•	Writing and presenting strategic plans. 
•	Creating and introducing pricing, financial impact and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Product Manager & Product Marketeer

- Creating the brand strategy and positioning of a new subsidiary company of Voiceworks in cooperation with the Marketing Manager.
- Exploring the competitive UC-environment to determine the best market entrance.
- Exhibited international hosting, collaboration, uc and mobility events.

International Marketing Coordinator

In this role I was responsible for the creation and roll-out of sales campaigns, the organization of partner events, and was responsible for the product marketing of four different products within the portfolio.
