Recruiting Strategy Consultant - Account Executive

My success as the Sales Recruiter in Austin, TX led me to being tasked with growing and developing our Recruiting department as well as hiring a sales team from scratch of 55 reps in our second office located in Scottsdale, AZ. My responsibilities included training and developing  recruiting coordinators, vendor management (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn, Ziprecruiter, Jobvite, CareerBuilder, The Muse), developing a data metric reporting system to measure recruiter success, and creating a stellar onboarding experience from prospecting to start date. I was responsible for forecasting and ensuring both locations met headcount quotas.

As OE's sole sales recruiter in Austin, TX I conducted the recruiting cycle front to back and handled the responsibilities required of hiring management and HR. I implemented OE's unique and efficient hiring process that now has the sales floor at max capacity. As a team of one, I grew the inside sales team from 44 to 100 reps while decreasing attrition rates significantly.

I developed and presented the weekly info session campaign enabling dynamic group presentations to candidates. As a full life cycle recruiter I managed candidates through prospecting, phone screening, interviewing, compensation negotiation, composing offer letters, and closing passive and direct candidates to then assist with on-boarding. Sales Recruiter

I transitioned from a career in education to inside sales.  As an expert in email and social media marketing I was responsible for prospecting to closing SMB in a B2B environment. Within two months I consistently hit quota by over 125% OE recognized my passion, positivity, and powerhouse attitude by awarding me the "Gym Rat" title in October, 2014.

My metrics goals included cold calling 125+ per day. Using Salesforce as a CRM I was able to manage my pipeline from prospecting to close. I maintained a steady 28% one-call-close rate and was the fastest, most consistent ramping rep of my new hire class. I could be counted to close 100% - 145% of monthly quota regularly. I have experience using Join.me in presenting online demos of software and tech products.

After nine months as an SA, I was the second person in company history to earn a double promotion by exceeding sales quotas by 125% consistently. I mentored new Sales Associates and developed sales training curriculum. I was responsible for a minimum of one floor-wide presentation per week as well as conducting 1:1 trainings. I continued to produce at over 125% quota consistently while beginning leadership/management training to broaden my understanding of sales operations.

I became a certified Waldorf teacher through the graduate AWSNA program in Honolulu while a resident in Hawaii. My training is in Waldorf Education and Human Development. I've worked with children ages kindergarten through high school. Before returning to teach my own class of 34 students in Austin, TX  I was able to observe Waldorf schools across the United States, Japan, and Germany.
