Achieved positive results through consensus and team building of Senior and Mid-level management.•	Created the first ever 3 dimensional Electrical compartments of a US Navy Guided Missile Cruiser in Computervision CADDS for the company to support the Digital Data Transfer project.  This was a Department of Defense contract to share CAD model data between non-heterogeneous platforms.
