Primary engineer assigned to finish the failed out-sourced porting of Aspect's call center from Windows NT to Windows 2003. Enhanced call center security to address U.S. government agency requirements. Continued development of automated call center test suite, support for new call center hardware, and integration of third party VPN software.

Created and maintained call center applications in C, C++, Perl, and HTML on Windows NT 4.0 / 2003. Coded TCP client-server applications, Win32 services, service and registry configuration, ODBC applications, HTML / ASP / Perl CGI technician tools. Created an automated ACL, registry, and policy tool for system security configuration.Co-designed and implemented an automated test infrastructure for remote testing of call center operations. Design involved extensive custom integrations with call center systems to handle call creation and processing, inter-process operations, and Perl extensions over proprietary RPC interfaces.Designed and implemented multi-threaded services controlled by Service Control Manager for replacement of an obsolete server status hardware card with a network appliance solution. Design required millisecond level fault tolerance regardless of network latency issues.
