Francisco Lee is a seasoned data insights manager, co-founder, and marketing strategist with experience in consumer insights, analytics and marketing research. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and Management (cum laude) from the University of Richmond, a Master of Science in IMC with Consumer Insights and Analytics Track from Northwestern University, and studied business administration and management at Yonsei University.

In his current role as Data Insights Manager at Liberty in North Korea, Lee leads a team "to use data to protect and empower North Korean refugees." Prior to that, he co-founded a mobile ice cream business called idkwisd, before pivoting into consumer insights by joining Loot Crate as a Consumer Insight Analyst, and later advancing to the role of Consumer Insight Strategist in CX Research. Aside from corporate experience, Lee has interned at The Walt Disney Company as a Consumer Insight Intern as well as researched with the Center for Workforce Innovation at City of Richmond, Virginia, while pursuing undergraduate studies.
