Michael Rucker is a highly accomplished CEO and founder of Scout Clean Energy LLC, a US-based developer-owner-operator of utility-scale wind, solar and storage projects. He is also the co-founder of Harvest Energy Services, Inc., a wind energy independent service provider for construction management and O&M services. With an MA in International Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a BA from Pomona College, Michael has an impressive background and skillset.

Before founding Scout Clean Energy and Harvest Energy Services, Michael worked as the CEO of juwi Wind US Corp./juwi Wind GmbH, a renewable energy company. Additionally, he held various executive positions at Clipper Windpower, GE Energy Power Generation, APX, the International Energy Agency, and Edison Electric Institute.

Throughout his career, Michael has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in strategic planning, market development, commercial management, and business development.
