Media Manager

Translate Culture is a London based data and marketing company helping ambitious brands grow by taking luck out of the equation.

Our reputation & growth has been driven by a unique approach to Paid Search and Paid Social. We have taken multiple startup e-commerce brands from very early stages to more than 6 figures multiple times. We're now working in multiple sectors with bootstrapped and funded startups to continue the success.

My objective at TC is to activate, optimise and report on marketing campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search; delivering on KPIs for our clients.

Paid Media Executive

VaynerMedia is a social-first digital shop that focuses on storytelling across platforms. We build creative campaigns from insights gained through micro-content we produce, ultimately driving actual business results.

Verticals: Financial Services, Travel and Energy

Responsibilities:
-  Setup and daily management of advertising campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn and Twitter
-  Ongoing, real-time optimisation of live media to ensure client goals are met and/or exceeded
-  Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, helping determine platforms to run on, audiences to target, creative strategies to implement, including the setup, implementation and measurement of various controlled A/B tests
-  Assist with client-facing campaign reporting and write-ups to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown
-  Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways, and generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients

-  Engaged with and identified high potential students and encouraged them to apply to EF.
-  Worked alongside the EF team to organised events and promote EF on campus and via social media.

Responsibilities:
-  Assisted with the delivery of BGV’s accelerator programme and managed the logistics of the programme.
-  Organised BGV’s Demo Day and helped run BGV’s Tech for Good meetups.
-  Wrote up investment memos, screened cold-in deals and carried out industry analysis.
-  Helped manage BGV’s multiple social media accounts.
