Jacob Pandian is a seasoned international business leader with extensive experience in diverse industries such as Telecom, Retail, and Healthcare. Pandian is well-versed in leading cross-functional teams in strategic and operational roles, delivering business objectives in various regions, including the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the USA. He is a passionate and task-oriented professional with a Master's in Radio Frequency Communication Systems from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) from Bharathiar University.

Pandian held various key leadership positions in multinational corporations such as GSK, Store No 8, Walmart, and Nokia. While at GSK, Pandian was responsible for Strategic Innovation in Oncology and Headed Strategic Alliances. At Store No 8, he was the Corporate Innovation lead. Pandian was Program Lead for Early Stage Venture Engagement for Walmart and served as the Business Development Lead, APAC - Global Enterprise & Public Sector, at Nokia. He was instrumental in Nokia's growth in the APAC region, where he served as Wireless Business Lead. Pandian's exceptional career at Nokia also included an appointment as the Senior Manager of Wireless and Manager of WiMAX Product Marketing. Prior to joining Nokia, he served as Market Analyst for Alcatel-Lucent's Mobile Radio Division.
