Dr. Alexander J. Rinehart is a chiropractor, clinical nutritionist, herbal remedies specialist, and board-certified clinical nutritionist. He earned his Master's Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition at New York Chiropractic College and studied social issues and health at Juniata College. He specializes in functional nutrition, stress relief, and evidence-based holistic nutrition, among other areas. Dr. Rinehart has authored many free health articles and aims to help his clients master healthy Arizona living using clinical nutrition. His recommendations tend to follow a personalized paleo diet, and he stresses the importance of repairing a healthy gut microbiome.
