Recruitment Coordinator

This was a temporary role whilst travelling around Australia.- General EA duties including diary, email & travel management for the Managing Director of Revenue and Senior Directors for Large Enterprise & Middle Market.- Assisting the Social Committee in organising Company functions, such as Federal Department meetings and staff incentives, during the closing months of the financial year.

Executive Assistant

- Diary, email & travel management for my direct Manager, whilst also providing administrative support to other members of Senior Management where required.- Verbal and Audio dictation for minutes, memo's and letters.- Assisting with corporate events, including venue sourcing and general event management duties.- Carrying out note-taking for investigatory & disciplinary meetings throughout the Company.
