** Developed custom web-based systems for customers prior to advent of Internet development tools including embedded search engines, end-to-end secure business transactions, and direction of external contractors and clients’ in-house MIS staff.
** Performed technical due diligence on potential strategic partners.

** Rescued company from the brink of failure, rejuvenated growth momentum, and increased company valuation over 50 fold by reversing a failed new product launch with zero revenues to recognized industry standard with annually recurring revenue stream.
** Raised $12.5M from venture capital in two funding rounds. $11M closed in Nov 2000 after market downturn, and round was over-subscribed.

** Directed trade-off studies and technology benchmarks to ensure success of International space mission using metrics to empirically reduce uncertainty.

** Responsible for all ground and in-space software for Pluto Express.  Managed highly complex development with total budget of $50M for mission critical software. $20M was allocated to minimize extreme technology risks.

** Established company-wide system development standard (SDLC) for JPL incorporating life-cycle development models and structured analysis for systems implemented with software, hardware, people and procedures.  Comparative and empirical analysis of RAD, iterative, waterfall, proto-flight models.
