Lucas Pinoli is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background spanning across several industries. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Mandarin, after completing his GED at the International School of Beijing. He has experience in investment management, entrepreneurship, and laboratory research. Lucas previously worked as an Investment Associate at Asia Value Capital and as an Assistant President and Overseas Project Manager at Soul Power Entertainment and Holdings. Additionally, he co-founded Block Aero Technologies, where he currently serves as an Angel Investor.

Lucas has also held positions as a Lab Technician at Sillay-Miranpuri Neurology Laboratory and as a Business Analyst Intern at Target. He was also the Tau Chapter President at Sigma Pi Fraternity during his time at university.
