Brett Polachek is an accomplished real estate professional with a strong educational background. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona and went on to study for his Master of Business Administration at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business. Polachek has worked for some of the largest real estate firms in the world. He was a Senior Associate at CBRE, a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and is currently a Senior Managing Director at Apartment Realty Advisors.

Throughout his career, Polachek has developed expertise in real estate investment, valuation, and market analysis. He has a reputation for providing excellent service to his clients and has built long-lasting relationships with many of them. In his current role, Polachek advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of multi-family properties. He is knowledgeable about market trends and uses this knowledge to help his clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments.

In his free time, Polachek enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is an avid sports fan and follows college sports closely.
