Jennifer Owens is a certified and experienced economic development professional with two decades of experience leading teams in business development and marketing. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, University of Notre Dame, and The University of Southern Mississippi with BA in Journalism, Executive Management, and Economic Development Master Practitioner (EDMP) respectively. Owens has held numerous leadership positions in various organizations, including Lakeshore Advantage, Consultant Connect, Southwest Michigan First, and Ann Arbor SPARK. She has also worked as Vice President of Michigan Retention and Growth, Marketing, and Communications at Michigan Economic Development Corporation.
