Debra Eshbaugh

Debra Eshbaugh is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in product management, strategy, engagement, and bank operations.

She studied Marketing, Accounting, Investing, and Bank Management at the Connecticut School of Finance & Management, where she was recognized with the Founders Award for Excellence. Additionally, she pursued a BA in Applied Bassoon, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford.

Debra has held prominent roles in various organizations, including her current position as a Product Manager at Alogent. Previously, she served as the Senior Strategy and Engagement Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at Abrigo. Before joining Abrigo, she worked as a Bank Operations Manager at Guaranty Bank, which was later acquired by BBVA Compass.
