Cezar Felipe, a seasoned technology professional with over 14+ years of experience, is making waves in the market for means of payment management and vehicle tracking. Cezar has also held leadership roles as a Partner and Head of Technology at ECOSAT and as a Co-Founder and CTO at XROAD.
