Andrew Dobbs is a highly accomplished Exec Talent Director and Head of Recruitment and Staffing with over a decade of experience in the industry. He has made it his mission to connect digital and creative talent with marketing, advertising, product, and innovation-led digital businesses. Andrew holds a degree from Ousedale and has worked in various senior positions during his career.

As Talent Acquisition Director, he works closely with senior management teams to define, implement and execute talent and hiring strategies that drive success through direct hiring models, staffing strategy, and organizational design. His expertise in Resource Management includes running and building resourcing teams, implementing HR/Talent software and systems to drive efficiency.

Andrew has deep recruitment experience and a vast network across Creative and Design, Technology, UX, Delivery and Agency Leadership. He has enjoyed stints as Head of Client Services at Worksome, a Talent Acquisition Director for EMEA at Essence, Talent Director at Yubl Ltd, Talent Acquisition Manager at Zone and Agency Partner at YunoJuno, among other places.

Andrew's areas of professional expertise range from talent acquisition, management, and recruitment, resourcing and staffing strategy, organisational design, HR/Talent software implementation, digital consultancy, and new media. He previously worked as a Consultant at Manpower, Head of New Media at Idealpeople, Marketing Executive at Fluent Marketing, and Digital Creative Consultant at Purple Consultancy, to name a few. He studied at Ousedale and has spent over ten years working in leadership positions in the industry.
