With a strong focus on handling intricate intellectual property and commercial disputes, Stephanie's expertise encompasses patent and copyright infringement litigation, trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, and tortious interference claims.

Stephanie Sivinski has an impressive track record of representing clients on both sides of patent disputes in various Federal District courts nationwide, including notable appearances in the Eastern District of Texas and the Federal Circuit.

Over the course of her career, Stephanie has successfully litigated cases spanning diverse technology sectors such as cancer-treatment drugs, semiconductor manufacturing, laser ultrasonic testing, condition monitoring equipment, industrial cooling towers, and wireless electronic meters.

Stephanie Sivinski pursued her J.D. with High Honors at The University of Texas School of Law and achieved a B.S. in Genetics, suma cum laude, from Texas A&M University.
