Irina Heaver is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on blockchain technology and energy law. She has completed her Master of Laws in Energy Law from the University of Melbourne and Doctor of Jurisprudence from Monash University. She has also studied at Aleksanteri Institute, University of Helsinki, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, and Tomsk State University.

She has expertise in legal and regulatory matters related to blockchain and digital assets, as well as energy law. She is a former Board Member of Dubai at Ellevate Network and has extensive experience working in the Middle East and North Africa.
