Ana-Belén Femenía is a marketing and communications specialist with a diverse range of skills and expertise. With 10 years of experience in digital marketing, event organization and execution, and operations, Ana-Belén has worked with major companies such as Samsung, Pfizer, and Amer Sports, seeking open innovation collaboration with startups. She is currently serving as the Operations and Comms Manager for the European Market Innovation team at Philips, as well as the Incubation Manager at Philips Venture Capability platform, supporting the growth of internal startups.
Outside her career, Ana-Belén acts as a storyteller and content creator for her travel blog, Without Frontiers - Travel with Ana, interviewing local women in every country she visits to learn more about their way of life and circumstances. She is a co-founder of Girls in Tech Helsinki, a networking organization that focuses on empowering women in the tech sector through education and entrepreneurship.
