He has also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Trident Technical College, served as the Lead Production Superintendent (Operations Manager) at the U.S. Air Force, worked as a Leadership Consultant at Inspire Tomorrow Media, and held the titles of C-17A Instructor Supervisor (Training Specialist & Project Manager) and Crew Chief (Area Manager) at the U.S. Air Force. Joe was also an Instructor (Retention Manager) at Junior Tae Kwon Do School.
