Rob Howard, an experienced leader in retail, technology, and supply chain, has founded and scaled multiple successful start-ups. With his most recent role as part of the Target leadership team, he has gained a wealth of experience in same-day delivery platforms and programs for retailers, distributors, and third-party logistics providers. His expertise stems from founding and growing Grand Junction, which he sold to Target in 2017, and serving as CEO and Founder of Ensenda, the country's largest third-party logistics provider for local delivery. Rob is also the founder of Kindred Motorworks, where he leverages his extensive experience in Silicon Valley, venture capital, private equity, logistics, and retail. He participates as a board member in various organizations, like Boxbot, Shipt, Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco, and the Customized Logistics and Delivery Association. Rob is a frequent speaker on supply chain, retail, and technology, quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, US News and World Report, and the San Francisco Chronicle, among others. He earned a bachelor's degree in engineering at Virginia Tech and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
