Richard Bates

Richard Bates is an experienced executive with a diverse background in operations, legal, finance, strategy, and corporate development. He has extensive M&A expertise, having managed negotiations, due diligence, structuring, and securement of board approval for multi-billion-dollar transactions. With deep operational, legal, and development experience in the energy industry, Richard has held various senior positions at Sonat, Duke Energy, and ITT Eason Oil Company. He is currently the Chairman & CEO of Keenly Health and was formerly the Operating Partner/Managing Director at North Inlet Group. Richard holds a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a B.A. in Economics and History from the University of Oklahoma.
