Reported to the Vice President of Sales. ·Overall P&L responsibility for 5 Distribution Centers. ·Provided 7 direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and to improve performance and skills.  Overall responsibility for 200+ people. ·Directed return reduction initiative resulting in a 10% improvement and $460K in savings. ·Created new brand/category introductions with Quick-Chek in 2007 resulting in a 120% increase in revenue.·Utilized a disciplined process, which resulted in leading the Metro Division in Merchandising OT savings in 2007.·Selected to lead our Food Service initiative.  Volume increased by 265% and gross profit by 147%.    ·Managed union relationships and successfully negotiated and resolved an outstanding territorial boundary issue.

Director of Sales Entenmann’s Division

Responsible for 11 million cases and $120 million of gross revenue for the most profitable channel of business – Cold Drink.  Reported to the Vice President of Cold Drink for the NY Division.  ·Implemented Small Store marketing strategies that contributed to exceeding forecasted Operating Profit in 2005. ·Successfully negotiated renewal of West Point and Fordham University contracts, resulting in 258K cases and $250K savings to the division over the next five years.·Initiated re-structuring of Customer Marketing Agreements for our local Food Service partners – resulting in 20oz volume growth of 10%.·Executed numerous new brand initiatives with both local and national customers. ·Hired, trained, coached, supervised and evaluated Channel Managers.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsible for 21 million cases and $162 million of gross revenue.  Reported directly to the Vice President of Sales for the NY Division.·Managed the creating, selling and execution of Customer Merchandising Agreement’s/Cooperative Trade Agreements.·Developed strategic business plans and oversaw high level communication with senior management including Division Vice President/General Manager·Selected as Project 2003 team member to develop and implement marketing strategies for the 1.5 Lt. package.  Results included 1.5 Lt. as a profitable Big Bottle alternative and accelerated NSI improvement   ·Implemented Phase I&II of Bev Max with Quick Check (100 stores/Convenience Chain) generating a 15% gross profit and 10% volume increase.·Named Quick-Chek 2002 Vendor of the Year.·Expanded package distribution in Club Channel accounts resulting in an incremental 263K cases and an increase of $1.3 million GP.·Hired, trained, coached, and evaluated Channel Managers.

Reported to the Vice President for the NY Division.·Achieved President’s Club status in 1998 and 1999 based on surpassing both Volume and Cash Operating Profit goals.·Attained Cash Operating Profit objectives from 1995 – 1999, generating savings of over $4 million. ·Achieved highest case sales increase in division in 1998 (10 sales centers).·Achieved highest case sales increase in NJ  1990 and 1992.·Initiated cost savings programs, which were implemented throughout the division – improved per case savings by .05 cents.

SALES CENTER MANAGER

Directly responsible for three major customers – A&P, Acme and Grand Union with total annual sales of 2.7 million cases of bottle and cans and $21 million in gross revenue.  Reported to the Director of Marketing.  ·Developed strong relationships with Divisional Vice Presidents and District Managers.·Increased 16oz volume by 100% through cold drink availability with A&P.·Successfully negotiated additional shelf space for non-carbonated beverages in 75% of key accounts.  ·Designed and executed display programs in A&P and Grand Union resulting in 25% non-carbonated beverage growth.
