Chris Finlay

Chris Finlay is a veteran of the multifamily real estate industry with an extensive background in commercial brokerage, property management, multifamily development, and multifamily investment. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 1970 by investing in an avocado grove and then worked as a pilot for Eastern Airlines for 16 years. Afterward, he founded the Finlay companies, which became one of the largest real estate organizations in New England. He expanded the property management division and became an asset manager for the FDIC and various financial institutions during a recession, which lead to the growth of Finlay Management as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®). Over 15 years, he developed and constructed 40 apartment communities totaling around 5,000 units, plus 20 facilities for the USPS. Most recently, he developed a $60 million HOPE 6 project for the Orlando Housing Authority. Currently, he is the Chairman/CEO at Lloyd Jones LLC, a private multifamily investment firm that aims to acquire multifamily properties. Chris Finlay is known for his expertise and diligent work in the multifamily real estate industry, and his effort has earned him remarkable success.
