Marketing Coordinator for the U.S. Cattle & Equine Marketing Team.• Organize and coordinate all logistics of Marketing off-site meetings and events. Coordination pertains to Zoetis sponsored Educational Seminars, Program Launch Events and Advisory Board Meetings• Responsible for overall project management, including the following: o Meeting approval process o Budget preparation and reconciliation o Venue/site evaluation and selection o Contract review and negotiation o Collateral creation o Determine vendors including production, décor, etc. o Creation of staffing plan and timelines o On-site management of event including the registration process o Post event analysis and survey • Create and track all purchase orders for internal and external requests• Responsible for overseeing the payment of all department invoices according to a variety of budgets. Working diligently to ensure all project bids are coherent with budget guidelines. Marketing Intern for the Emerging Markets Business Unit.
