Josh Millman has had an extensive career in talent acquisition and recruiting, having worked for several reputable companies like Allstate, CNA Insurance, Vivid Seats, Michael Page, and Lucas Group. Currently, he serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition Delivery at Allstate, where he oversees the recruitment of top-notch employees. Before moving to Allstate, he worked as the Director of Executive Recruiting at CNA Insurance, where he carried out the same duties. He has also held positions in staffing consulting and sales.

Millman's education includes studying Sports Science at The University of Kansas and certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) from AIRS. He has also studied recruiting at the American Staffing Association and passed through Glenbrook North High School.
