Organize and lead an outdoor leadership program for 16-17 year old girls through the wilderness of NH and ME. Program challenges the team with physical adventures including white water canoeing, backpacking, trail work, sea kayaking, and rock climbing. The program aims to not only challenge the girls physically with 3 weeks of intensive activity, but also aims to challenge them mentally and emotionally, helping guide them towards understanding not only their leadership style and how to effectively implement it, but to also finding strength in being a team member and fostering a group mentality. Focus on land stewardship, LNT, and outdoor etiquette is solidified over the 3 weeks living in tents in the backcountry and at campsites. From learning how to read a road atlas, to an ocean chart, the team adopts skills that don't rely on modern technology and gain confidence in their ability to disconnect while being informed.

Worked as a retail associate for the Burton Store in the Stratton Village. Provided regular customer service on hard and soft goods, as well as performed in-house gear repairs. Won an in-house sales competition.

Served initially as an apprentice and then first hire to Alice & the Magician, a start-up company focused on the alchemy of aromatics for use in (mainly) cocktail and bartending artistry. Started by formulating company products, following formulations and ensuring quality assurances. Was in charge of fulfilling online and in-house orders, packaging, and shipping fulfillments in a timely manner. Assessed raw materials inventory and kept track of necessary orders for laboratory restock. Started formulating new products for company based on consulted meetings and special orders. Performed R&D for lab. Digitized all formulations into a created database along with inventory. Began leading my own consulted meetings and seeing projects through with little to no supervision. Scouted, found, and trained a new hire. Collaborated with multiple local businesses to expand the business's public band width.
