Edgar Sabino is an experienced human resources (HR) leader with over 10 years of managerial experience spanning multiple industries. He specializes in talent development, communication, and stakeholder influence. Sabino is known for his results-oriented approach, positive attitude, pragmatism, and sense of humor. His expertise includes HR strategy, recruitment, compensation, performance management, learning and development management, HR planning, and internal and external communication. Sabino earned his Post Graduation in HR Management & Social Benefits from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, along with a bachelor's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA - Instituto Universitário.
