Jessica Lai is a highly experienced User Experience Designer who has previously held senior positions at Westpac, Quantium and PwC Australia. She has a strong background in analysing customer data to identify and mitigate customer pain points. Her expertise includes financial and economic analysis, behavioural economics insights and using data to drive strategy design. Jessica is highly skilled at facilitating discussions with stakeholders using data and has worked across a range of industries including both public and private sector clients. She studied Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics at The Australian National University.
