Illya Zaychik is a highly experienced technical lead in the field of RF / Wireless Applications. With a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lviv Polytechnic National University, Illya has extensive knowledge in RF theory/hardware, programming, DSP, and baseband processing. He has developed unique algorithms and software that have significantly improved the specification of BT headsets. Furthermore, Illya has led the design work on various products, including LTE/WiFi RF front end modules (RFFE), antennas for ISM applications, SARSAT Satellite Distress Transmitters, ATSC TV tuners, set-top boxes, and reference platforms for combo BT/WiFi.

Illya is a technical expert in 4G/LTE, 5G, BT/BLE, ZigBee, and 802.11xx, and also has expertise in systems design with top RF tools from Ansoft, Keysight, and Matlab. He has expert skills in debugging over-the-air (OTA) and conductive RF test setups on production lines and has a tight relationship with primary wireless hardware vendors.

As the Lead Wireless Systems Architect at Jabil, Illya is responsible for coordinating cross-functional work between multiple design teams around the globe. He has supervised debugging of the most critical manufacturing issues affecting production schedules in the US, EU, Asia Pacific, and Mexico. His expertise in RF technology has enabled him to develop wireless applications/PCBA in a very small shape factor and deal with multiple wireless protocols' coexistence in a small volume.
