Jason Mitchell is an accomplished operations manager, entrepreneur, and consultant with a proven track record of success in leading complex projects. He is passionate about team building and solving difficult problems while growing businesses and improving day-to-day operations. Mitchell has served as President and COO at Whole Oceans, a pioneering company that develops land-based aquaculture solutions, and spent more than 17 years at General Dynamics managing naval ship construction projects with manufacturing teams of over 1,200 people. Throughout his career, he has founded multiple businesses and served on several Boards of Directors. Mitchell graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and received a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Production and Operations Management from San Diego State University.

Outside of work, Mitchell values balance and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two kids. His interests include traveling, boating, fishing, running, mountain biking, soccer, brewing beer, gardening, and outdoor activities.
