Nikita Tovstoles is an accomplished Silicon Valley tech professional with a solid background in computer science and business. Nikita Tovstoles went to Duke University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, graduating with distinction. Later, she attended the University of California, Berkley's Walter A. Haas School of Business, where she received an MBA.

Nikita's professional journey started as a software engineer at Sun Microsystems. From there, she co-founded a startup called WorkoutIQ, which was later followed by another technology-driven company, EcoRebates, where she served as its CTO. Working on various engineering manager roles, including leading the engineering team at Doppelganger and Stripe, she now serves as the Director of Engineering at DoorDash.
