He was responsible for providing business intelligence and supporting multiple system implementations, preparing commercial and military pricing proposals for aerospace contracts up to $1B in sales, preparing financial forecasts for a $500M business, and managing an inventory pool of up to $140M. Todd also designed and built databases for various departments, training personnel on business processes and the use of automated tools.

After leaving Pratt & Whitney Aeropower, Todd joined the City of Las Cruces as a Business Systems Analyst. He became a key point of contact for business intelligence in the organization, reproducing established databases to ensure they were up to date, and managing the integration of financial systems. He also developed and validated reports related to the City of Las Cruces' financial information system.
