Verena Asser

Verena Asser is a recently graduated fashion manager with a keen interest in promoting sustainability within the fashion industry. She is a creative professional focusing on sustainable fashion, responsible business, and social entrepreneurship.

Verena holds a Bachelor of Fashion Management with a specialization in textiles, natural dye, and sustainability from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute. She also completed her high school education in bilingual pre-university studies at Maaslandcollege.

With a diverse professional background, Verena has worked in various roles including as an all-round creative freelancer and content creator at Charlie + Mary, as well as in positions such as fashion buyer, team leader, barista, and social media manager at different organizations like Ware Westen, Hartje Oost Koffieboetiek, and Auverture. She has also interned as a fashion manager at Bibi Van Der Velden and been involved in projects such as the Natural Dye Project at Into The Great Wide Open Festival.
