Caroline I. Hill is an accomplished educator and innovator of equitable learning models. She is an experienced facilitator and team builder who aspires to accelerate the learning trajectories of all students, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds. Hill studied at New Leaders for New Schools - Urban Leadership Fellowship at Trinity University-Washington, Harvard University's Learning and Teaching Master of Education program, and University of Virginia's Chemical Engineering Bachelor of Science program.
With an extensive background in education and leadership, Hill has founded various organizations such as 228 Accelerator, the DC Equity Lab, the Equity Design Collaborative, and served in several prominent positions, including Chief of School Creation and Transformation at CityBridge Education, Leadership Coach at Leading Educators, Founding High School Principal at E.L. Haynes Public Charter School, Assistant Principal at Columbia Heights Educational Campus, and Science Teacher at DC Charter Schools. Her achievements, together with her skillset, demonstrate her commitment to creating innovative education experiences that provide all students with the best possible chance to succeed.
