Eddy Lopez is a highly skilled and experienced health care executive with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and delivering positive patient outcomes. He is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University Doctor of Pharmacy program and has extensive knowledge of clinical programs, managed care, regulatory and legal compliance, financial reports, and budgeting.

As the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Clear Spring Healthcare, Lopez has successfully negotiated agreements and managed RFPs to save health plans and pharmacies over $500k per year. He has also recovered over $2.5M in fraudulent pharmacy claims for health plans using data analysis. Additionally, he has improved star ratings for part D measures, including adherence and Medication Therapy Management, through his commitment to quality initiatives and process enhancement.
