Dragos MANAC

Dragos MANAC is a versatile professional with a diverse background spanning entrepreneurship, technology advising, journalism, and advocacy. From 2014 to 2018, Dragos ventured into entrepreneurship in the Emirates, investing in technology, big-ticket retail, and e-commerce projects.

During this period, he also served as an Independent Technology Adviser, assisting tech companies in planning, building, and running infrastructure services. Moving back in time, from 2009 to 2013, Dragos initiated Revevol Romania under Appnor, a branch of the global Revevol network dedicated to Google Apps and Cloud services. Additionally, he founded Appnor MSP in Romania, a Managed Service Provider concentrating on data center and cloud services.

Continuing his entrepreneurial journey, Dragos established Heruvim, a cloud computing services company in Virginia, US, which performed decently before discontinuation. Prior to these ventures, from 2002 to 2008, he delved into journalism and blogging, publishing articles on technical, entrepreneurial, and personal development topics. He founded System & Network Solutions, a company specializing in programming and system/network administration, emphasizing the Open Source philosophy and pioneering Linux/UNIX systems in Romania.

Throughout his career, Dragos staunchly advocated for Linux and the Open Source movement, actively participating in the Romanian Linux User Group and authoring the acclaimed Linux Starter's Kit, a beginner's manual for Linux users. Presently, Dragos MANAC serves as the General Manager at Liberty Revival Holding LLC.
