- Created ship schedules for ~100 $35 million LNG vessels per year as well as projected potential impacts of these schedules keeping in mind multiple variables such as capacity and previously held commitments
- Cultivated expertise on all contracts between Dominion Energy Cove Point (DECP) and customers, our pipeline tariff regulations, and any relevant Federal Energy Regulatory Commission policies while ensuring compliance with said agreements among internals and externals
- Tested Dominion Energy Cove Point and Dominion Energy Transmission web-based software in DEV, QA, and production environments while prioritizing issues with the IT operations & maintenance team
- Planned the Dominion Energy Cove Point LNG Terminal’s Ribbon Cutting ceremony in which CEOs and the US Secretary of Energy attended
- Maintained customer relationships with both natural gas pipeline customers domestically and liquid natural gas export customers in Japan and India
- Acted as project manager during occasions when multiple sub-sections of Dominion Energy needed guidance relevant to the Cove Point Export Project
- Created process documents for tasks which allowed for more efficient usage of human capital
- Trained customers and other employees on how to use our proprietary ship scheduling software as well as on our internal natural gas scheduling software

- Maintained gas receipt and transportation activity documentation as well as prepared reports
-  Explained tariff provisions and transportation procedures to customers as well as other analysts
-  Analyzed rate schedules, priority of service, and total nominated volumes to allocate capacity to customers according
to Dominion Energy’s tariff
