Saba Ardeshiri

Saba Ardeshiri is a remarkable electrical engineer and architect, whose work in academia, community service, and professional organizations is truly inspiring. With a degree in Mathematic from Farzanegan High School(National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents), an Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering-Power Systems from The University of British Columbia, and a Master's degree in Architecture from Columbia University in the City of New York, Ardeshiri's academic credentials are undoubtedly impressive. Ardeshiri has worked as an Electrical Engineer II at Affiliated Engineers, Inc., Anvil Corporation, Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers, Hirgan Energy, and as an intern at Rah Shahr International Group Consulting Firm, thus attaining a considerable amount of experience in her field. Her leadership skills are evident as she has proven her abilities to effectively chair the UBC IEEE Student Branch and serve as a UBC Branch Representative at IEEE Women In Engineering(WIE). Her colleagues and peers hold her in high esteem and consider her a positive influence on the community and her profession.
