Tribeca Studios is the New York inspired boutique fitness club launched in 2016 and located in the heart of Ealing Broadway.  Tribeca offers a wide range of top-tier group fitness classes across its three on-site studios, with a timetable of 140 classes per week spanning Ride, Burn, Dance and Zen.  They don't believe in 12 month contracts, instead offering drop in classes, flexible long expiry packages and monthly passes for customers looking to enjoy their classes more regularly.  Classes at Tribeca are suitable for all abilities, and Tribeca pride themselves on being one of the most welcoming upscale boutiques in London.

- During the second full month of starting employment I achieved the clubs highest percentage of New Member Sales Target (117%), the highest in over 13 months

-  Introduced and trained Membership and Management teams in productive ways to generate new business. I achieved this by penetrating local businesses in our target market with organised Company Wellness Days, Corporate Days & Open Weeks

-  Implemented a specific training plan for an under achieving Membership Advisor to enable them to progress to our flagship club LAX Aldgate

-  Developed and promoted an existing staff member of the Front of House team to Senior Front of House. Together we devised and implemented new strategies and in their first full month in post the club went on to hit their Additional Spend target for the first time in 2014

-  Up skilled four staff members by putting forward for LifeTime Training courses to benefit the business and staff model

-  Increased Members Satisfaction Score KPI by enhanced face to face member communications from my team and I

-  Grew Net Member Movement YOY

- Achieved 10 out of 12 New Member Sales targets whilst increasing the average yield by over 7%.

-  YOY increases in every month as follows: April: 29%, May: 15%, June: 5%, July: 9%, Oct: 3%, Dec: 39%

-  Improved sales mix by 60% in my tenure. This improvement hugely benefitted our retention department who now consistently hit their monthly targets

-  Grew business from existing client base and corporate accounts. Since my employment I have gained many more fully invoiced corporate accounts including Bond Dickinson and Ukash

-  Responsible for managing and training a team of four Membership Consultants, inputting development programs to insure progression within the business. Promoted a member of staff to a Senior Sales role for excelling in one of these progression programs
