Meghan Thomas is an experienced Operations Manager and former neuroscientist, widely recognized for her exceptional talent in making a positive difference to organizations and the people within them. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Pathology, an honors degree from the University of Western Australia, a PhD in Developmental Biology and Cell Replacement Therapies from the same university, and another PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge. She has also completed a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course in Project Management from IXL Group.

In her professional career, Thomas has served as Operations Manager at Zelira Therapeutics and also worked as a Project Coordinator at North Metropolitan Health Service. She has worked at various managerial and policy officer roles for Department of Health (WA Health) and South Metropolitan Health Service. Thomas was also the Founding Director of Parkinson's Centre at Edith Cowan University, and has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in experimental and regenerative Neuroscience at the University of Western Australia.
